Prices

All prices are stated in the currency you have chosen from the menu at the top of the page. Prices in SEK include VAT. We reserve the right to make any price changes that may have occurred subsequently or due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to change prices, terms, and specifications without prior notice.

Right of withdrawal - open purchase - returns

The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the day you received the item or collected it from Postnord. If the item is purchased in a package or with another item included, all items must be returned. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the item has been noticeably used or if the packaging is damaged. The right of withdrawal is a statutory right and applies in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. We process refunds within 10 working days after receiving and verifying the return. If your package has been incorrectly delivered or is defective, we cover the return cost. Please contact us before booking shipping for your return. If the reason for your return is a mistake or change of mind, you as the customer are responsible for the shipping cost. Returns must not be sent cash on delivery.

If your item is damaged or missing upon delivery of your package, this must be reported to us within 5 working days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement item. If your package is damaged during transport, this must also be reported to the parcel distributor.
